Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) apply to individuals or companies (&#8220;Sales Agents&#8221;) who register and provide sales services through the Yiwu Wholesale platform at yiwu-wholesale.eu\/sales-agents (&#8220;Website&#8221;). By becoming a Sales Agent, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Role and Responsibilities of Sales Agents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales Agents act as intermediaries between Yiwu Wholesale, vendors, and potential clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agents are responsible for promoting, negotiating, and securing sales on behalf of Yiwu Wholesale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales Agents must represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agents must not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or dishonest practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All business activities carried out as an agent must comply with local and international laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Commission and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales Agents will be compensated through commissions as agreed upon in their individual contracts or agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commission rates and payment schedules will be communicated clearly in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are made after client transactions are verified, processed, and cleared by Yiwu Wholesale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agents are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Use of Platform and Tools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yiwu Wholesale may provide Sales Agents with access to marketing tools, digital platforms, and sales materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agents agree to use these resources solely for business purposes connected to Yiwu Wholesale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of company materials is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales Agents must maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data, vendor details, pricing strategies, and internal company information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidential information must not be shared with third parties without written consent from Yiwu Wholesale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
